Open-hearted

Today the world is covered in frost and ice. It evoked an impression of a frozen heart. The heart freezes when unlit passions flood though it. Worry, anger, envy, and compulsion are a few of these passions that dim the heart's light and freeze it in time.

Today I connect to Sophia's open heart. May I reach into, receive and touch all around me with the strength and gentleness of an open heart.
